About Membership Registration and Membership Information

How do I register as a member?

You can register as a member by following the steps below.

1. Click "Account" on the top right of the top page
2. Enter your email address
3. Click "Continue"
4. You will receive a 6-digit verification code via email.
5. Enter the verification code and click "Verify"
6. Enter basic information such as your name and surname to complete registration

*Registration is easy and no password is required.
*You can log in with the confirmation code the next time you log in.

I haven't received my verification code

Please check the following.
- Please check your spam folder
- Please check that your email address is correct.
- If you don't receive it within a few minutes, click "Resend Code"

I want to cancel my membership

If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us on the " CONTACT " page by entering your name, registered email address, and a message stating that you wish to cancel your membership. Once we receive your inquiry, our customer center will contact you by email.

*After you cancel your membership, we will process your personal information so that it cannot be used to identify you and will continue to store it for a certain period of time.

How many payments can I make with my card?

It's a one-time payment only.
If an error message appears, please contact your credit card company directly.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

For regular sales products and pre-order products, we cannot accept changes to payment methods after the order has been completed.

Can I make a bonus payment?

Bonus payments are not available.

If I pay by credit card, when will the payment be debited?

This site considers the date of your order as the date of use, and sends billing data on the date of your order.

If you pay by credit card, the withdrawal date will vary depending on the credit card company's cut-off date settings, so please contact your credit card company directly.

About delivery and shipping charges

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping costs are a flat rate of 660 yen including tax.
*However, in Hokkaido and Okinawa prefectures, the price is 1,320 yen including tax.

Free shipping for purchases over 11,000 yen (tax included).

When will the delivery be?

As a general rule, your order will be delivered by Sagawa Express within 3 to 7 days from the date of order.
For pre-order items, the expected shipping date will be listed on the product details page, so please check it.
*Delivery may be delayed due to various circumstances.

I want to change the delivery address, delivery date, or delivery time.

We cannot accept changes to the delivery address, delivery date, or delivery time after an order has been placed.

I want to check the status of my order

To check the delivery status of your package, please have your delivery slip number ready and check the delivery company's package inquiry system. The delivery slip number is listed in the "Shipping Completion Notification" email sent on the shipping date.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is not available.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return the product?

We cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer convenience. Please check the contents carefully before placing your order.

When will the delivery be?

If you would like to return or exchange a product due to defects or damage during shipping, please contact us using the details below.

We will inform you of the refund method and return address. After receiving the product, we will refund you or send you a replacement product.
*Please note that shipping fees, payment fees, wrapping fees, and other service fees are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
*Exchange for other products is not possible.
*Please return within 14 days of receiving the product.
*We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item when it is returned to you.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases: - The size does not fit - The item is different from what you expected (you do not like the color, design, material, etc.)
- Ordering mistakes (when the wrong item is ordered due to screen operation, such as adding the wrong item to the shopping cart)
・Other ・Sale or discounted items ・Worn or used items ・Items with the product tag (paper tag attached to the item) removed ・Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Items with animal hair or other debris ・Innerwear, undergarments (including leggings), miscellaneous items ・Items that are marked as non-returnable (in all cases, defective items are excluded)

Regarding return shipping costs to us when exchanging or returning an item, we will cover the return shipping costs in the following cases (cash on delivery).
・Poor quality: If the product is torn or dirty by the time of delivery, or if there is an initial defect. ・Wrong delivery: If you receive a product other than the one you ordered. ・Incorrect online store description: If the product description on the online store is incorrect.
